BEFORE YOU BEGIN…

A Little Safety Note from Sharon ❤️

Getting stronger, fitter and more confident is what this programme is all about. But looking after your body is just as important as challenging it!

This 12-week programme is designed to introduce and develop CrossFit-style strength, conditioning and functional movements.

A few things to remember:

  • Start at your own level. Choose weights, repetitions and exercise variations appropriate for your current fitness and experience.

  • Technique before intensity. Good movement matters more than lifting heavier or finishing faster. Seek guidance from a qualified coach when learning unfamiliar or technical lifts.

  • Warm up properly. Prepare your muscles and joints before every session.

  • Listen to your body. Muscle fatigue is normal, but sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain or unusual breathlessness are not. Stop exercising if these occur and seek appropriate medical advice.

  • Rest and recover. Allow recovery between sessions and prioritise sleep, hydration and nutrition.

  • Check before starting. If you have a medical condition, recent injury, have undergone surgery or are unsure whether this programme is suitable, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning.

SHARON SAYS…

There are no medals for lifting too heavy, rushing your technique or ignoring what your body is telling you! 🤣

Progress isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about learning, improving and building confidence safely.

Train smart. Train strong. And enjoy the journey! ❤️
